The NHKA is at F1 Outdoors this Weekend
Practice on Saturday – Race on Sunday

F1__OUTDOORS_Logo_Oval_CropIn case you didn’t get the memo, this weekend (9/14-15) at F1 Outdoors is Race 9 of the NHKA Racing series driven by Checkered Flag Indoor Karting. Rescheduled weeks ago, this is our 2nd and final visit to the East Bridgewater, MA track. Everyone who was there last time was treated to big fields and lots of tight competition. All agreed that running the full circuit clockwise is a blast!

Remember, F1 Outdoors is under strict noise regulation by the town. The correct air boxes and exhaust silencers are mandatory; Yamahas are are required to fugedaboudit. So if you’ve never raced your kart there, check with your kart shop or CRG America’s Dave Davies to be sure that you have what you need. And click here for some other info that’ll help make your weekend go smoothly. The noise restrictions are a drag, and the only thing keep the track from being a regular stop for every national touring series. But here’s the good news: Karting’s best kept secret is all ours… especially this Saturday and Sunday. Enjoy!

And remember this too… no double points this weekend. Also, if you went to the last NHKA race at F1, you are eligible to use this race as one of your two drops; or you can submit the Absentee Points Form to get 40 last-place points for $45. If you were not at the last race, remember that you can only drop one F1 Outdoors race. If this is your situation, you have three options: 1. Take zero points (ouch!) 2. Buy the absentee points (eh.) 3. Get yourself to F1 at least for Sunday’s race (heck yeah!)
