Who May Attend
Participation will be by paid pre-registration submitted before the deadline.

The total number of competitors and helpers will be regulated for each event. Please refer to the procedures specific to each event.

Minor entrants must be accompanied by one or both parents, but no more than two people.

Pit passes are mandatory for all in attendance. Driver pit pass included with pre-entry. Helper pit passes sold at gate (cash only.) Helper must receive pit pass at same time as driver.

 
Pre-Registration
Pre-registration forms will be available on NHKA.net, also a link for online registration via BikeReg.com

Pre-registration must include payment in full by Visa, Master Card or check.

Pre-registration may be submitted via mail or online via BikeReg.com and must be received by midnight of the deadline date.

Pre-registration required. No exceptions.

NHKA and NHMS COVID-19 Waivers will be available on NHKA.net. These must be read and signed by all attendees. To speed up getting everyone into the track, we ask that you complete these at home and bring them when you check in at the gate.

 
Entering the Track
Overnight camping and trailer drop off will be by advanced special request or specific event procedures. NHKA official and staff camping allowed the night previous to the event in accordance with local and property regulations.

Beginning at 6:30am vehicles will be permitted to enter a designated staging area on the track property and directed by an NHKA official how to line up to enter.

Attendees are asked to wait in their vehicles rather than congregate.

At 7am the gate will open. Vehicles will wait to enter until directed to do so by an NHKA official.

One at a time, vehicles will be directed to proceed to check-in.

Driver and all helpers must check in as a group. No stragglers.

All occupants will need to exit the vehicle at check-in, and are required to be wearing face masks. The entrant will be presented with an envelop containing their signed pre-registration, prepaid pit pass arm band, a driver and crew procedure sheet and a sheet of recommended safety precautions.

All occupants of the vehicle will put on their assigned pit pass arm band and sign the club and track liability waivers. The entrants will also sign the driver waiver.

Check in will close at 9am or after all racers in line get in.

 
Paddock Guidelines
After retrieving pit passes and signing waivers, vehicles should proceed to paddock parking area where an NHKA official will direct them to a pit spot.

Trailers will be parked with a minimum of 6 feet of space on either side. These between areas are to remain clear at all times.

All participants are to pit out the back of their trailers/vehicles.

All pit areas must have their own trash bags or containers. All trash must be removed from the property. There will not be a public use dumpster.

Dealers and larger teams must reserve a trailer parking spot and submit a list of drivers and mechanics prior to the event. They will be provided with an ample space with designated areas for their trailer and individual driver pit spots.

Teams are responsible for monitoring and maintaining social distancing and safety procedures.

 
Grid Area Procedures
Roadways will be marked for traffic to and from grid area.

Drivers may wear their helmet to and from the grid. When their helmets are off they must wear a mask.

Only driver and one helper may be on the grid at any time, and are to maintain social distance.

Drinks may be given to a driver at the pit-in area of the grid upon exiting the track.

 
Personal Safety Guidelines
All attendees will wear face masks in all areas at all times except for in their designated pit area.

Attendees are encouraged to bring food and drinks, and store and consume them in your own pit area.

Hand sanitizer or disinfecting wipes are encouraged in all pit areas.

No congregating. Please stay within your pit area.

 
General Rules and Procedures
NHKA officials will monitor and enforce any violations of personal safety infractions.

Any driver, family member or helper who willfully violates these race-day procedures will be asked to leave the property. Said driver will be suspended from NHKA events for the remainder of season.

Only NHKA staff and pre-authorized volunteers will help with event operations, setup and breakdown.

Insurance guidelines require NHKA Racing Series/KEI to operate within local, state and property regulations pertaining to COVID-19.
