Well, the holidays have come and gone, the Daytona 500 got the checkers, and those mountains of snow are finally shrinking. But the best news is that THE RACING SEASON IS ALMOST HERE! Everyone at NHKA has been working to make 2011 top the great year we had in 2010.

BIG NEWS: We’ve added a Northeast RMax Challenge race to the schedule. This two-day event on July 30-31 will feature a GSKC race on Saturday and the RMax race on Sunday. Some of the top-ranked sprint racers in the country are series regulars. This is your chance to put your skills up against theirs on your home turf. It also promises to be a weekend of the biggest fields we’ve seen yet. So mark your calendars now!

This season we are asking everyone running for Granite State Kart Championship points to become a NHKA member. This will help get the season started right as well as fund the year-end awards and banquet to be held in a hall and not a garage – although that was a lot of fun!

We are also asking that you consider becoming a series sponsor. If you own a business, this is a great way to reach a loyal audience and support your racing with a deductable advertising expense (though check with your tax expert).
