NHKA Racing Series Awards Ceremony & Members Meeting
Checkered Flag Indoor Karting
3:30pm Approx (30 mins after RAC 100), Saturday, January 25th

This year we’ll have more space to get comfortable and discuss club business. We’ll be announcing the 2014 schedule and new engine work procedures for World Formulas, as well as getting your feedback and answering your questions. Once business concluded, it’ll be time to celebrate our 2013 NHKA Champions. Every one of these drivers had to dig hard for every position to get their hands on the big trophy. Once again, NHKA will be providing chicken parm, pasta, meatballs and garlic bread. We’re asking attendees to bring salads and side dishes to share as well as their own sodas and beer. (Yes, beer!)

World Formula Indoor Karting Championship
9am (first race at noon)
If all that isn’t enough racing in one day, keep in mind that the World Formulas will also be hitting the track as part of their ongoing series. If you haven’t seen these full-size outdoor karts blazing very quick laps, that alone is reason enough to come. If you own a World Formula – Bring it!!!

NHKA Racing Series at Daytona
December 28-30, 2013
A team of eight NHKA racers took to the high banks at Daytona International Speedway for WKA Kartweek. Mike Camarra, Tom Prioli, Jim Slade, Noel Farrelly, Dave Courchesne, Dave Nadeau and Dave Daniel all raced hard and dominated the TaG and TaG Heavy classes, with Mike and Noel each taking home wins in the rain-shortened event. Keith Buffo made his debut in shifters with a 4th place and a very stuck engine. Check out photos and videos of the on- and off-track antics (at least the ones without legal repercussions) on the NHKA Racing Series Facebook page.
